XC Workout Companion displays a coach-published training schedule on compatible Garmin watches.
The app sends the selected date and a shared team code to its workout service. It does not collect athlete names, accounts, precise location, GPS tracks, health data, sensor data, activity history, messages, or workout responses.
The team code is stored in the app's Garmin-managed settings, and the workout service address is built into the app. Downloaded workout text and the checklist index may be cached on the watch for offline viewing; individual checklist instructions are kept in app memory while it is running. The cloud service reads the team's public, read-only training spreadsheet and may retain ordinary technical request logs only as long as reasonably needed for reliability and security. The service does not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
Data submitted through the app is submitted to the app developer, not to Garmin. Garmin is not responsible or liable for that data or the developer's handling of it.
Uninstalling the app removes its watch settings and cached workout data. The app does not create an athlete account.
This policy may be updated if the app's data practices change. The current version will remain available at this address.
